Abstract:Zhejiang is in the South of the Changjiang River where is a region of rivers and lakes, geographical conditions with vast flatlands and island features. Zhejiang was pregnant with a kind way of production and life where people took rice and fish as their mainly food in ancient. That became a kind of typical and basic characteristics in Zhejiang. Songs of special local product and diet custom was widely spread in Zhejiang showed us food construction, diet custom and folk life from all different of aspects. That was an important historical materials for studying and inheriting the convention of food culture. It’s also a beautiful advertisement word for developing motif tour of local food culture.
