Construction of Group Values in Featured Shopping Malls —— Based on Empirical Investigation of Hangzhou Sijiqing Clothing Mall |

Abstract In this paper, we select the “No.1 Chinese Clothing Mall”, Hangzhou Sijiqing Clothing Mall, as the research object for questionnaire survey and a case study. The dynamic evolution characteristics of the construction of group values in featured shopping malls are analyzed. The results of the study show that the commercial and ecological value is the logical starting point of benign development of a shopping mall, and that the construction and practice of group values provide safeguard for the development.
