Abstract A questionnaire including individual-organization value fit scale, need-supply fit scale, and job satisfaction scale was employed as a tool in this study. Total 833 samples were collected from over 20 Chinese organizations. The result indicated that the value fit had a potential prediction to the need-supply fit, and the need-supply fit mediated the relationship between value congruence and employees' job satisfaction. The primary theoretical and practical contribution of this study is also mentioned.
