Learn-from-Agents Mode and Organizational Learning Performance:An Empirical Study of SMEs |

Abstract SMEs have access to knowledge from external organizations through learning from agents. This is an important way for SMEs to learn knowledge. How SMEs obtain the needed knowledge through effective learn-from-agents mode and how to deal with the learning strategy in development so as to enhance learning performance are currently important issues in the study of SMEs strategy. This study starts from the basic connotation of learning from agents, describes the content of the learning from agent, summarizes three kinds of SMEs learn-from-agents modes, studies the conception model of learn-from-agents mode and the performance of organizational learning, puts forward some assumptions, and conducts empirical tests of the assumptions. Finally, we get some basic conclusions and provide the prospect for a further study.
