Abstract With the intensive competition in the world, enterprises should apply both cooperation and competition strategies to managing their relationship with their supply chain members. Supply chains are evolving into more complicated network structures today. However, most recent studies still focus on the competition games between the upstream and downstream companies around the core company in the single supply chain network(SSCN), and the cooperation-competition relationship between the SSCNs is somehow ignored. This paper firstly describes the structure of the complex supply chain networks(CSCN) that are composed of different single supply chain networks. Then, by using game theory, it studies the value-added equilibrium between the SSCNs in the CSCN, and establishes the value-added equilibrium model of the CSCNs under imperfect cost information.
