Abstract Because of the uncertainty in the enterprise development and the instability of management environment, the recognition logic of strategy tends to renew rapidly in the knowledgebased economic society, and the strategy within the organization presents a dynamic and complex evolution. Therefore, this paper regards the strategy as an interactive mechanism that guides enterprises to change their own system structure in time and space dimensions in order to maintain high adaptability to environment continuously. Furthermore, an enterprise strategic paradigm has been constructed from the basic assumptions, core concepts and methodology based on the evolution theory，which provides a new theoretical guidance on the normalization and advancement of strategic research.
