Abstract The interaction mechanism between economy and environment has complex dynamic uncertainty, therefore, the environmental policy based on historical data may contain the social cost of trial and error, and we need to examine the effects of environment policy in advance. Based on the improvement of a foreign classical model, this paper introduces the processing technology of environment factor and builds the corresponding E-DSGE model frame. By the data simulation platform based on environment parameter calibration and bayesian estimation, this paper gives the simulation measurement of the effects of carbon emission reduction in China, suggesting that the environmental policy has little particularly strong negative impact on the stability of our national economic system, but it is still difficult for the system fundamentals to sustain the targets of high emission reduction at present, and the different emission reduction policies contain highly distinguishable features. In turn, the research proposes the policy space that we could achieve the promoting interaction between the economic structural adjustment and carbon emissions reduction, by the means of speeding up carbon emission reduction gradually, and applying the corresponding policy instrument for the structure reforming of the supply side. It could also provide reference for DSGE model research in China.
