Abstract To reduce the counterproductive work behavior and improve the organizational behavior, it is necessary to lay more emphasis on the research on the different influencing mechanisms of the different work stressors of counterproductive work behavior. To test the mediating effects and the mediated moderating effects, the hierarchical regression is employed based on the data acquired through non-probability sampling including the convenience sampling and the snowball sampling. The results reveal that positive emotions play a mediating role in the negative relation between challenging stressors and counterproductive work behavior; negative emotions play a mediating role in the positive relation between obstructive stressors and the counterproductive work behavior; career resilience mediate the relation between challenging stressors and the counterproductive work behavior with positive emotions as the mediating variable and it mediates the relation between obstructive stressors and the counterproductive work behavior with negative emotions as the mediating variable. Finally, the theoretical significance is discussed and related strategic suggestions are proposed for the stress management.
