Abstract Organizations maintaining sustainable competitive advantage, must guide consistent with action to effective implementation of the strategy between middle managers and top managers. From the perspective of Social psychology, this paper verified top management support, organizational identification,implementing commitment may stimulate middle managers to effectively implement strategy, implementing commitment mediate the relationship of top management support, organizational identification and strategy implementation.
