Abstract In many cases corporate social responsibility formal system of defects often failed, returning to the traditional culture of the informal institution is the main clue of resolving Chinese corporate social responsibility dilemma.The way that cultural tradition affect the fulfillment of entrepreneur’s moral and responsibility consciousness is through Shared values, the digestion way of the plight of corporate social responsibility is “hidden”.The paper explain the path of cultural tradition and informal system influence to the corporate social responsibility, put forward that cultural tradition of the informal system in China such as “He”, “the doctrine of the mean”, “unifying reason”, “the concept of clan”, “home country”, “people-oriented” form the foundation constitute elements of corporate social responsibility digestion.
