Analyzing the General Ecological Factors of Modern Service Industry’s Development Based on DEMATEL |

Abstract Based on the researches of enterprise ecology and the development of modern service industry, we define the modern service industry ecology and its essence. In terms of the modern service industrial ecological environment and the main participants of the modern service industry, we systematically analyze the ecological factors that have effect on the development of the modern service industry and the relationships among them, and quantitatively measured the comprehensive degree, causal degree and central degree by the decision making trial and evaluation laboratory method. It shows that the capital investment on modern service industry by the state, the complexity level of the service enterprise, the credit guarantee system and the incentive mechanism of service enterprise are the key factors. It also proves that the policy environment plays the navigation and escort function and the service enterprises is the core of the development of modern service industry. The results are useful for promoting the domestic modern service industry and healthy development.
