Abstract Based on the review of enterprise migration influence factors research, a model of mechanism for rural enterprise migration was build draw lessons from ERBV. Ordinal regression analysis was used to test the conceptual model statistically by empirical data of Zhejiang Rural Enterprise. The results showed that, interior resource of the enterprise and exterior resource of the location reduces the rural enterprise migrating desire, and tight social ties, high levels of geographic embeddedness of suppliers also reduces the rural enterprise migration intention, but customer relationships, technical exchanges and business support promote rural enterprise migration. Exploring and exploiting relationships between these variables was important breakthrough to encourage rural enterprise migration for government.
