Abstract Based on the data of job security, behavior of organizational citizens, and organizational trust collected from a questionnaire survey on employees in manufacturing companies and by making correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis, this paper examines the impact of job security on behavior of organizational citizens and the mediating effect of organizational trust in this process. Results show that job security is significantly related to behavior of organizational citizens. Organizational trust fully mediates the relationship between job security and behavior of organizational citizens.
