Abstract The goal of positive organizational management is self-actualization. Self-actualization is derived from intrinsic motivation. According to the SDT, organization should satisfy employees’ basic needs and spur employees to adopt autonomous orientation to generate intrinsic motivation. Therefore, the key point of positive organizational management is to satisfy employees’ needs and improve their psychological capital.
