Abstract Enterprise growth is a dynamic process to actively adapt to the growth of the existing environment influenced by different complex effects of undetermined factors. The paper is intended to analyze the complex adaptive characteristics and the growing growing performance of enterprises on the basis of the CAS theory, and to construct an analysis framework of the actively adaptive growth capability.
