Abstract Recently, along with transition of market factor of Zhejiang’s industry structure、policy system, etc. FDI’s investment scale、investment direction and investment structure have generated new changes.For researching dynamic changes to influence of Zhejiang economy growth, this paper uses State space model、Time-varying parameter and Error correction model to analyze dynamic influence of FDI to Zhejiang economy growth and domestic investment under the framework of economy theory. And based on analysis conclusions, gives some suggestions.
