An Empirical Study on the Influence of Transformational Leadership on Employees' Organizational Trust |

Abstract This paper chooses 251 employees in 10 large and medium enterprises in Hunan Province as the research object, builds a conceptual model including transformational leadership, organizational justice, perceptions of organizational politics and organizational trust, and uses structural equation model to explore how transformational leadership makes an impact on employees' trust in their organization. Results show that transformational leadership not only has a significant direct influence on employees' organizational trust, but also brings distinct indirect impact on organizational trust through organizational justice and employees' perceptions of organizational politics. Moreover, organizational justice and employees' perceptions of organizational politics are the intermediate variables, through which transformational leadership gives influence on employees' organizational trust. This conclusion has a directly practical significance for our enterprise human resource management.
