Abstract Based on comparative analysis of Japan Model and American Model in industrial product circulation field, this article demonstrated the formation mechanism of “Large Wholesale Small Retail” and “Large Retail Small Wholesale” circulation systems. By comprehensive analysis of the system environment, the article proposed the characteristics of China Model in industrial product circulation and shed light on the issue of innovative industrial products circulation system.
