Abstract Routines are likely to evolve during the interactive process between the routine agents of the actor and the organization situation. External environment and cognitive learning are the main reasons for practical development. Enterprise routines are divided into higher order practices and lower sequential practices, and the relationship between higher order of routine and the environmental is essential. Evolution of enterprise routines is a cyclical evolution process, with changes in the environment. Enterprises that are sensitive to environmental changes are more likely to keep on adaptive learning. This paper tries to establish an evolution model of enterprise routine circulation, and finally comes to some conclusions, research limitations and suggestions for future research.
