Abstract Based on review of the major practical changes in China's market circulation system, this paper analyses the existing pattern and main problems of the market circulation system, and puts forward the strategic direction for improving market circulation system, including: the innovation and perfection of wholesale system, timely transformation of retail development orientation, restoration of the function of “stabilizer”, and improvement on the bulk commodity circulation system.
