Abstract Team learning is the driving force for the continuous development of enterprises and is also a research hot topic in recent years. Zhejiang private enterprises are China's most active representative of the economic factors. The goal of this investigation on team learning in Zhejiang private enterprises is to understand their internal team learning situation, analyzing the reasons of it and make recommendations based on Multi-team system theory. The conclusions of this investigation are: The inter-dynamic team learning of private enterprises is inadequate, The inter-dynamic team learning of male members is more powerful than the one of female members. The difference among team members of different ages in the team learning is significant. The difference among team members of different qualifications in the team learning is significant.
