Abstract This paper uses the data collecting from 452 intellectual employees in optic-electronic manufacturing enterprises, which are located in the Pearl River Delta region,to examine the internal psychological mechanism for the influence of perceptions of organizational politics over turnover intention. Via structural equation modeling, it finds: perceptions of organizational politics can influence turnover intention through the parallel multiple mediating effects generated from job satisfaction, affective commitment and job burnout simultaneously. The amount of specific mediating effect of job satisfaction is the largest one, and the one of job burnout is bigger than the one of affective commitment again.
