Abstract Based on the theory of stakeholder, the article analyzes the cause of success of HuiShang and believes that the consideration on stakeholder is benefit to improving the social capital, as advances the managing profits. In the end, the author points out the successful experience of HuiShang is good to the construction of modern corporation ethics and culture of ZheJiang’s merchants.
