Abstract Study of Zhejiang-businessman’s Humanism should restrict the concept and limitation, furthermore, method and reference should be interpreted so as to thorough understanding given. Geography, the long history of Chinese civilization, its developing course in modern times and the experiences of the West all attach their importance to Zhejiang-businessman’s Humanism. This study should help to understand the past and current situation of Zhejiang-businessman, and also help to give suggestion or advice to handle the coming challenges of Zhejiang-businessman.
