Abstract To develop inventory financing actively is an effective approach to meliorate the financing difficulty of small-and-medium enterprise in China. In order to boost inventory financing, this paper compares inventory financing inside and outside China and thinks that, inventory financing in China develops rapidly by integrating logistics and finance nowadays, but comparative to western country, still need improving in four aspects, i.e., institution and business environment, operation basic elements and operation control mode.
