Abstract With continuous development of private economy in our country, private enterprises not only play an important role in the economic sphere, but also exert more and more material effect in the political sphere. This paper constructs an implement framework of CPA, and applies qualitative comparative analysis in many case studies, studying the matching relationship among different reason characteristics including firm size, political strategies, political connection and their influence to competitive advantage of private enterprises, which is not only a theoretical improvement on CPA research, but also contains important practical significance.
