Abstract From the analysis of formation mechanism on industry standard, This paper thinks that there are two kinds forms of formation mechanism on industry standard: the market choice and the non- market choice. Through analyzed four market factors, the paper proposes three kinds of market competition strategy and the corresponding measures in the standard war.
