Abstract It’s common that most of the supermarkets make rough processing all by themselves after ordering fresh agricultural products nowadays. Under the RP mode, it’s hard for the supermarkets to promote their core competence. In contrast, the supermarkets should do more in collaboration with suppliers and distributors; improve the quality and service with the theories of supply chain management. In this paper, the thirty-party finish processing mode is proposed for fresh agricultural products marketing, whose running mechanism, functions and running flat roof management are analyzed subsequently. At last, the suggestions to promote the TFP mode are present.
