Abstract Interbusiness relationship is one between manufactures and their suppliers, distributors, competitors and complementaries. Interbusiness relationship can be divided into market transaction relationship which has clear interface and non market transaction relationship which has vague interface between companies. Nonmarket transaction relationship can be called Inter-firm Organnization or Quasi-organization. The author COMPARES SEVERAL KINDS OF Inter-firm Organization based on the classification and definition of Interbusiness relationship. The author illustrates the generating mechanism of Inter-firm Organnization and she also points out that the real resons for companies to build Inter-firm Organnization instead of market transaction relationship are reducing trasaction costs and uncertainty,seting devision of labor to get comparative advantages,sharing resources of knowledge and information. At last the anthor gives many choices of Interbusiness relationships.
