Abstract On the basis of combing the existing literature, this paper explains the connotation, concept and characteristics of mindful leadership based on the discrimination of contemporary and traditional mindful concepts; analyzes the spiral development mechanism of “Mindful Awareness, Self-regulation, Self-reflection and Mindful Action”, which is influential among the mindful leaders. Then, this paper puts forward the dimensions of mindful leadership development, and builds the dynamic integration model for developing the mindful leadership. Different from current mindful researches, this paper explores the roles and development mechanism of mindful on leadership in the workplace, enriches the current theoretical research on mindful leadership, and provides the practical leadership development model for enterprises.
