Abstract The popularity of Internet technology not only promoted the rapid development of Internet platform enterprises, but also led to violent turbulence in external market environment. Under such circumstances, it is very important to develop organizational agility to respond quickly to market environment. Taking LQ as an example, this paper uses case study method to explore the influencing factors as well as their impact on organizational agility in Internet platform enterprises. The research result suggests that enterprise architecture, enterprise team and enterprise cooperation of Internet platform enterprises play an active role in promoting organizational agility. Among them, the correlation between enterprise team and organizational agility as well as enterprise cooperation and organizational agility is strong, while the correlation between enterprise architecture and organizational agility is weak. This study develops the enterprise agility theory and the internet platform enterprise theory and can provide a reference for Internet platform enterprise to enhance organizational agility through rationally structuring the platform and planning the direction of operation.
