Abstract “Does the Indigenous constructs still exist? What changes are they making? How do they accept, develop and integrate in the context of conflict with Western ideas?” These problems can be studied empirically. The above empirical research can make a clear answer to the problem of whether the so-called 'Indigenous' exists? Can Indigenous management study research lead to a kind of 'Indigenous management discipline' that is different from the mainstream? Is there a 'management of Chinese theory?' In the research, attention should also be paid to tracing the constructs back to the traditional Chinese philosophy, so as to avoid confusion between Chinese and Western constructs, and on this basis, it is possible to explicitly carry out Comparative Study. In fact, Chinese Indigenous management is a branch of discipline that focuses on the changes and development of China's native architecture and its impact on management effectiveness.
