Abstract As a new mode of transaction, electronic commerce has caused a heavy strike on the mode of the traditional professional transaction. Compared with the entity transaction mode, greatly reducing the exogenous transaction cost in electronic commerce is the main motivation to the promoting of the changes of the professional market system. With SSP system, this paper analyzes the frame and game model, revealed the evolution mechanism, path and its conditions of the professional market trading system caused by electronic commerce. It has brought forward the theoretical proposition and relevant policy recommendations of new trading system upgrading of traditional professional market transaction system to the entity and e-commerce integration.
