Under the industrial revolution, the scope of goods in production, the combination of people and things, and the combination of people and people have undergone profound changes, resulting in profound changes in the connotation and essence of productivity and the formation of NQP. The development of NQP has specific operating rules, and its changes in production socialization, capital circulation process, production processes, technological progress, and other aspects pose new challenges and opportunities for the high-quality development of China's economy.
