From a number of perspectives, the reality and objective conditions (i.e. the supply forces) of China's construction of powerful manufacturing countries in the early 14th Five-Year are analyzed. It is found that China has a good state in the early 14th Five-Year, in terms of the advanced manufacturing parks, the national innovation centers, the innovative enterprises and the unicorn enterprises, the advanced technology breakthrough and the awesome layout of the advantages. During the 14th Five Year Plan period, China should accelerate the breakthrough of key technologies in the field of advanced manufacturing, cultivate innovative and leading enterprises in the field of advanced manufacturing, improve the level of enterprise intelligence, and accelerate the establishment of a number of world-class advanced manufacturing industry clusters.
