Multiple Planning Integration from the Perspective of Multiple Governance

This paper has conducted a systematic analysis of the coordination mechanism, planning subjects, approval mechanism, space control, and outcome system of the Multiple Planning Integration in the pilot cities and counties in Zhejiang province. This paper also tries to summarize four aspects of effectiveness to provide the experience of the future planning compilation based on Multiple Planning Integration in other areas. From this research we find: 1) the planning compilation has achieved remarkable results in the pilot study area; 2) the multiple governance theory for the analyses of Multiple Planning Integration of status quo, achievements, shortcomings and countermeasures are effective. Therefore, we can conclude that under the current system, this Multiple Planning Integration also requiresim provement in many aspects, such as the legal policy system, the organization and public participation.
