Collective psychological ownership is a collective sense of team members for common objects,which is of great significance to inspire the ownership spirit of the members. The prevalence of the current team work has led to more and more concern about collective psychological ownership from theoretical and practical circles. However, there is still a lack of integration and analysis of the mechanism of its formation and action. This paper uses the method of literature research to put forward the multi-level integration model of collective psychological ownership, describes the possible causes and results of collective psychological ownership, and discusses the main mediation and moderation of these paths from the social identity theory and team interaction process theory. This integration model enriches the research on the process mechanism of collective psychological ownership and provides some theoretical directions for future empirical exploration.
