| Factor Substitution and Logistics Industry Growth under Biased Technological Progress |

Abstract Based on provincial panel data from 1978-2014, we estimate the elasticity substitution of logistics industry in various regions of Chinese, and then research on the relationship between the elasticity substitution and logistics industry growth. The results show that the elasticity substitution of logistics industry in China is more than 0 and less than 1. There is difference among regions of the elasticity substitution and the elasticity substitution of the East is higher than the West. There is positive correlation between the elasticity substitution and the growth rate of the logistics industry, the increase of the elasticity substitution is helpful to the development of logistics industry. Therefore, we should pay more attention to the elasticity substitution in the development of the logistics industry, which provides the possibility to reduce the regional differences of the logistics industry.
