Study on the Essential Characteristics and the Process of Dynamic Evolution of Organizational Normative Management |

Abstract Norms need to be built on the basis of force and exterior press. In the process of complying with them passively, bodies reach the level of internalization of norms gradually. Traditional systematic management emphasizes passive management of establishing norms to restrain bodies. This way of management ignores humanistic needs of autonomy and achievement. Fundamental changes of normative characteristics have happened in self-management teams and learning organizations developed with the management innovation over the years. Which changes have happened? How can more effective evolution of normative management take place? From the essence of how norms being put into effect, different normative characteristics of different management stages have been compared. The revolution of organization structure, the change of members’ relation and the function mechanisms of different stages have been analyzed in the process of dynamic evolution of normative management. At last the effects of dynamic evolution have been summarized.
