| Analysis of Employment Effect of New-style Agriculture in China:Based on Geographical Indications |

Abstract New-style agriculture has gained a quick improvement under the process of transforming agricultural development mode and offers a new path of transfering rural labor force, which has greatly mitigated the pressure of employment in China. This article analyses the theoretical base of the dynamic factors of the new-style agriculture appearing and quickly developing in China and promoting rural employment. With the geographical indications data of China in 2005 and 2011, we build up a model of multiple regressions to experientially excavate factors for rural employment and display the trend of employment in rural China. The results show that geographical indications’ protection, agricultural mechanization, urban per capita disposable income promoting rural non-farm employment, enlargement of agricultural acreage is helpful for agricultural employment in rural China, poorly-educational people in rural China are more likely to work in the countryside.
