Abstract The information resources have been playing more important roles in the operation of the supply chain. In conditions of the information economy the information inquiry and application demand of the enterprises and the customers increase quickly for the improvement of the information operation capacity. The operation of the supply chain needs the information operation and information communication. The information resources optimization of the supply chain could achieve the better information application benefits and contribute to the capacity promotion. According to the practical conditions of the development of the logistics industry of agricultural products the paper analyzes the requirement characteristics. The paper analyzes the optimization system of information resources of the supply chain and the promotion of value creation capacity for the purpose of putting forward the optimization ways, which may contribute to the promotion of operation efficiency and the level of the information resources. The aim is to contribute to the capacity promotion of value creation and obtain the better development.
