The Relationship between the Investment of Heterogeneous Resource and the Success of Coopetition in Complex Organizations: Moderated by Alliance Management Capacity |

Abstract Based on the resource-based view and competence-based view of firm, taking alliance management capacity as a mediating variable, this study tries to reveal the influence path and mechanism between the investment of heterogeneous resource and coopetition success among complex organizations with one main models and two sub-models. The research results are as follows: alliance management capacity mediates the positive relationship of heterogeneous resource and coopetition success; the two sub-dimensions of alliance management capacity (coordination and bonding) play partially mediation roles respectively to the positive relationship; the mediatory effects of alliance management capacity also exist in heterogeneous resource and three dimensions of coopetition success. It plays a comprehensive mediating role between heterogeneous resource and adaptability, and plays partial mediating roles in the positive relationship of coopetition satisfaction and goal achievement. This study may enrich coopetition theory and provide suggestions for successful coopetition management.
