Abstract With the Southeast Asia Fujian Overseas Businessmen who have a long history and a certain economic status in residence country as a reference, this article describes the European Zhejiang Overseas Businessmen development history. Then, it provides a comparative analysis of the two entrepreneurial and operating modes, probing their respectively different development paths inherited from historical origins. Through analyzing some Fujian Overseas Businessmen successful development experience, this article examines Zhejiang Overseas Businessmen problems and provides a warning and direction for their future development.
