Construction of the Ambidextrous Organization Pathway Based on the Perspective of Dynamic Capability |

Abstract This article combines the two cutting-edge fields of management science, dynamic capability theory and ambidextrous organization theory. In this study, we elucidate the concept and component of dynamic capability, explore the boundary condition to develop the ambidextrous organization, and analyze the relationship between ambidextrous organization and dynamic capability. Based on the perspective of dynamic capability, we further propose to build the ambidextrous organization from the following four aspects: high-level leadership, design of organization system, coordination/integration mechanism, and social network. Finally, this work will provide new insight for the study of binary organization theory.
