Abstract The backward agricultural products circulation system is the main cause that leads to the circulation dilemma of agricultural products in our country. It is the ideal mode of agricultural products circulation of manufacturing and marketing integration based on the whole industrial chain. It is helpful to improve agricultural enterprise economic efficiency and circulation efficiency of agricultural products, in order to guarantee the safety of agricultural products. We should develop and strengthen the core circulation organizations such as farmer specialized cooperatives, leading enterprises, logistics centres and supermarket chains on the modern circulation system construction of agricultural products. The core organizations extend and integrate the industrial chain to construct circulation mode based on the whole industrial chain. Furthermore, it is constructed of the high effective service network system of agricultural products circulation.
