Abstract After selecting some countries as samples， this paper compares the Agriculture Production Efficiency between China and Foreign Countries by Malmquist-DEA This paper compares the agriculture production efficiency between China and foreign countries by applying Malmquist DEA Model. Results show that the agriculture production efficiency of China is lower than that of the developed countries, but higher than that of the other developing countries. Technical progress is the main factor that improves China agriculture production efficiency, and China has a distinct technical progress effect of agriculture production. Furthermore，there is a technology dissemination effect between China and other countries. Therefore, China should enhance communication with agriculture developed countries and improve production efficiency.
