Abstract New-new trade theory，or heterogeneous-firms trade theory，was born in 2003 and named in 2004. It sets micro firms as research object and makes firm heterogeneity as its peculiar character；then it studies trade，investment and global production organizing activities and their economic effects. Based on a standard framework of representative literatures，we abandon the assumption that firm production marginal costs are unknowable, and extend the model. Finally, we solve the equilibrium and put forward some revelations to our country.
