An Empirical Research on the Effect of Organizational Learning Capability on the Cooperation Performance: Based on the Knowledge Acquisition as an Intermediary Variable in Supply Chain |

Abstract We conduct an empirical research on the relationship between the organizational learning capability and the cooperation performance in the supply chain by introducing the knowledge acquisition as an intermediary variable and by using the data of 166 enterprises. In this paper, the cooperation performance is divided into subjective cooperation performance and objective cooperation performance. The study reveals that the organizational learning capability is positively correlated with the knowledge acquisition and the subjective cooperation performance, and the knowledge acquisition is positively correlated with the objective cooperation performance and the subjective cooperation performance. In addition, the correlation between the organizational learning capability and the objective cooperation performance is not notable.
