Abstract Based on the actual operation of Hangzhou Bafang Logistics Corporation, operation modes and customer demand of the-third-party logistics enterprises in Hangzhou are analyzed from interior operation flow to exterior environmental characteristic of these enterprises in the paper, and the resource integration, items of service and areas of service of their operation modes are deeply discussed to illustrate their operation modes. Besides, according to the development of local economy and the trend of modern logistics industry in China, we put forward some pieces of useful advice for operation modes of the third-party logistics enterprises in Hangzhou and their sustainable development.
