| Analysis on Comparative Advantage Changing and Factor Endowment Characteristic of China's Manufacturing Industry |

Abstract The paper figures out the index of comparative advantage of China'ｓ manufacturing industry from 1992 to 2006 by using more than ten thousand trade data in UN comtrade database, and analyzes the factor endowment characteristics. The result shows that labor advantage is the basis for China manufacturing industries to participate in international division, and labor-intensive industries are still the ones of comparative advantage and FDI in China tends to enhance comparative advantage in manufacturing industries.
